Rare traditional cast bronze external sail slides for 1¼ inch (32 mm) track. Suitable for mainsail, large mizzen or trysail track. Currently on Trade Me (14/1/22)  but I have more.  They are 42 mm tall and the attachment “rod” is 6 mm diam.

The nominal track gap is 33 mm  x 4 mm but a slightly sloppy fit is required.  

I have some in use on 14 ton boat, with a 53’ wooden mast and  365 sq ft fully battened main.  A 32 mm x 3 mm standard brass strip on a suitable wood packer makes the track,  a rub of candle grease and they are easy up, and rattle down.   Proper kit for a medium to large  traditional cruising or racing  boat but these proved very difficult to get in small quantities so I have a surplus from the minimum foundry order I arranged . All measurements as accurate as I can make them but should regarded as approx. 

Please note , as castings, they may need a little “fettling”  to run smooth.
