DESCRIPTION:11th April 2026\n\n\nRound Rangitoto Cake Day\n\nCalling all classic boaties for the final passage event of the 2025-2026 season! This is the 6th and final race in the passage series.\nEither join the rally\, yacht racing\, or log rally\, with prize giving at the Cake Day.\nSo start thumbing through your cookbooks for your best cake recipes and get them to the old tennis community center at Isy bay.\nThere will be prizes for best tasting\, best decorated\, best manmade cakes and supreme winner.\n\nProgram of Events\n\nRACING:\n\nThe 6th and final race in the passage series. \nThis CYA race starts at Northern Leading buoy\, from 1100hrs and finishes at Islington Bay with prizegiving and the Lawson’s Dry Hills Cake Day (see details below). \nNotice of race & SI \n              \n\nCRUISING:\nCruise on down to Rangitoto while watching the fleet racing around the island  Meet at Islington Bay after the race for the Cake competition with prizes for best tasting\, best decorated\, best manmade cakes and supreme winner. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nOFF-WATER EVENT:\n \nCake Day\nCake competition with prizes for best tasting\, best decorated\, best manmade cakes and supreme winner. \nHeld ashore at the old tennis community center at Isy bay (200m walk off Islington wharf.
