Saturday 2 December Patio Bay:
Rally to Patio Bay – gather at Resolution Buoy to watch the last start of the yachts at 11am and cruise down with them.

 

Or come along in your own time and join us ashore for a BBQ (BYO food and refreshments) – always a fabulous time to be had at Patio Bay.

 

 

Includes Cake Day so be sure to bring your finest cake, suitably decorated as there are prizes for both Best Tasting and Best Decorated categories.

A prize for the launch with the Best Dressed Christmas crew will be awarded – launches MUST go past the race committee boat for judging.

 

 

 


 


Saturday 28 January Mahurangi: Launch Parade 1015hrs assembly

The annual Launch Parade will take place at Mahurangi, meet at 1015hrs on Saturday 27 January at Scotts Landing.
Please join the parade in alphabetical order if possible, and follow LYMAR who will be flying a large CYA flag and on VHF 17 departing at 10.30am.

The parade will head toward Sullivans Bay where the J BARRY FERGUSON (recently acquired Mahurangi Action landing craft) will take over and lead the parade for two circuits of the Bay.


Auckland Anniversary Regatta: Monday 29 January
Classic Launch Race: Westhaven – Orakei – Westhaven 1100hrs

Saturday 9 March: Fosters-Harken Kennedy Bay Launch event

4.00pm onwards join the yachts and launches from Waiheke Boating Club ashore for a BBQ and band for dancing into the night. A BBQ is available on shore AND the Lewis’s fantastic L’Authentique sausages available for pre purchase:
100g (big sausages) $20 for ten - all prime cuts of meat, all meat no fillet. (Gluten free, keto etc)

And for an extra $20 you will go in the draw to win some fabulous spot prizes including vouchers from Harken-Fosters, but you must register so we have your boat name to go in the draw.

 

Saturday 6 April: Round Rangitoto

Launches must have a female skipper to drive from Northern Leading Buoy and around Rangitoto. This is a fun event and first to reach the start/finish line wins a prize.
