Mount Gay Patio Bay Weekend 2025
Saturday-Sunday 13th-14th December 2025
A celebration of classic boats, good company, and fun on and off the water!
Join us in the Classic Boat Rally, or the Patio Bay Classic Yacht Race - the second race in the Passage Series.
"When the journey ends, the stories begin". Gather down on the beach for some off-water-fun, followed by the BBQ; bring your food and drinks and enjoy an evening of camaraderie and celebration.
Join us via the boat rally, the 2nd passage series race, or the log rally.
Saturday start times:
From 1045 hours, First division of the Classic Yacht race at Orakei Buoy.
From 1130 hours, start of the Log Rally.
Running the pirate theme for the second year going. Choose your favourite pirate universe, adorn your best outfit and join in the fun.
From 1700 hours, meet on the beach at the Mahoney's Patio Bay Cottage for the start of fun activities including the infamous treasure hunt.
BYO snacks, dinner and drinks. Barbecue provided.
Remember those mixers to go with the prize rum barrels!
